Commercial Property Manager

Position Summary:
​
​
Senior Property Manager. Candidate must have at least 5+ years’ experience in Property Management of office, industrial and retail properties. Company is a family owned and operated business that is growing. Candidate must be comfortable in a small business, casual environment that allows freedom of individuality, independence, and self-efficacy. We are seeking someone that can grow with us and contribute to the Team.

Position Responsibilities:

Directly work with clients and oversee management of their properties

Work with Associations and Board of Directors
-
Organize Association Board Meetings
-
Maintain the property software for updates in maintenance requests.

Assist Accounting Department in invoicing, payables and receivables.

Prepare monthly property reports.
-
Interact with clients, tenants and owners on phone and e mail.

Problem solve, issue diffuse, be confident, and have a can-do attitude.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Basic Excel, Microsoft Office functions.
-
Highly organized, able to prioritize and categorize multiple entities.

Experience with CAM reconciliations and reports.
-
Experience with variances, forecasting and budgeting.
-
Knowledgeable about forms and documents pertaining to the PM process.
-
Knowledgeable about various property documentation.
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.

Fundamental knowledge of commercial property systems and operations.
-
Yardi product software proficiency a definite plus.
-
Ability to meet deadlines.
-
Construction and project management a plus
Minimum Requirements:
-
Arizona Real Estate License
-
Minimum 6 years of full time, paid, professional experience in Commercial Property Management and/or Asset Management field.

Ability to work in a team environment.
-
Must enjoy people and not take issues personally. Polite and professional manner.

Yardi Software (Breeze Premier, Voyager or Genesis)

Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate or Finance

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Sitting at work station in office environment utilizing computer, juggling tasks and answering customer phone and e mail inquiries.

Ability to drive to a property, run an errand or perform a property task.

Willingness to attend to off hour emergencies.
